Unfortuanatly it is not possible for me to arrange groupvisas to participants, even though I have tryed to make the embassys understand that it would be quite a lot esier for them as well. But no way... So you have to apply for visas in your homecountry and you have to apply to each embassy, that means that some of you have to send 3 applications. I am sorry... But to make it a bit easier and maybe faster, I will send material and information about EASA 1997, out to all the embassys. I will tell them to expect your visaapplications, and politely ask them to move fast. When I recive your entryform to EASA 1997, your names, pasportno.'s etc. I will fax these informations to the embassyes. So make sure to mention that you are going to: EASA 1997 "Advancing Architecture". I am trying to find a way to get them to give you free visa, but they are -DEFINATLY- not easy to negotiate with.
