How to find us

We will not be on the airport or the train station to welcome you, but we will inform the information-desk at both places about EASA 1997.

Arrival by plane at Kastrup airport:
Take bus number 9 and get off at Kongens Nytorv.

Arrival by train/bus at the central station:
Take bus number 1 0r 6 and get off at Kongens Nytorv.

Useful information

Payment
Remember if you arrive on a weekend that most shops and all banks and post-offices are closed. And we will not accept missing participation fees to be payed after registration.

Insurance
Your person, your personal belongings and any responsibility regarding third party is your own responsibility. It is very sensible to have some form of insurance against accidents, luggage theft etc. You will be treated in hospital, but like elsewere you will be charged accordingly.

Return
At the end of the assembly the train will take us back to Helsingborg, Sweden. Not Copenhagen. The fare from Helsingborg to Copenhagen is approx 8$. You can be back in Copenhagen sometime on monday the 11th of August. On the way back from Narvik the train will make a stop in Stockholkm to let people from the Baltic off. The exact time of this stop we do not know yet.

Help needed
We are trying to organize everything as good as possible, but as you can understand, running a train is a great task. So we ask of you to help whenever you see help needed and bear with the organizers if we are unable to contact without screaming.

Electricity
The sleeping waggons will not have electricity due to different electrical systems. This means that there are no heaters and no light. Bring a warm sleepingbag and a flashlight. (its not very dark in the nights anyway)

Showers
We have tried to get real showers in the train but with no luck. Ther will be washng facilities, but only basic, a mens room, a ladies room, washing bowls and clean water. There is a big sea to swim in as well.

Climate
August is summer, in Scandinavia too. As we travel north it will get colder. Scandinavian climate is very changable; hot, sun, wind, rain, fog....Be prepared and bring warm clothes and rainclothes.

Currency/money-exhange
The train will will accept all three scandinavian currencies at a 1:1 basis. We are not able to change money on the train , but the infpoint will guide you to a bank or post office. Bring DM or $.

Eating
We will provide food for you. Nice and nutricious. Yo have to bring your own cup, plate and cutlery. We do not have any.

Departures
Be on the train when it leaves. Bring a watch!

Welcome!

Your dear organizers.
